RC helicopter movie.
 

Hi all, I'm trying to find the name of a movie, I think it was in the 90s but not positive. The main plot was a spy was using RC helicopters with built in lasers to disrupt a missile/shuttle launch. He is thwarted by another guy and his girlfriend using another RC copter. Any ideas will be great.

I have never seen them but it sounds like something that might be in the Spy Kids movie's, the first one was released in 2001.

Yes I'm 100% positive it's not a James Bond film. It's not the two suggestions, thanks for looking though. The movie might have been in the late 80s.
