80/90's robot movie
 

i'm looking for a movie that's maybe from the 80 or 90's a cousin rented it one day.. the movie started with black future army soldier's they where hunting a strange robot .. later the robot is killing people and the robot says at the end of the movie ''america i wanna f...k it'' it had special effect from that time .. the robot had a red led head .. like a prototype robot from robocop 2 ..

example of what the robot looks like .. :)

a military robot begans killing people on a military base .. suddenly the robot has launch codes for a nuclear missle .. and black op soldiers are trying to stop him .. the robot cursses alot of time's in the movie

I am familiar with Robocop 2. You are talking about Cain, right?

Are the Black Ops guys the lead in the movie?

It does sound familiar, but I can't seem to recall.

in robocop 2 they show robocop prototype's the robot looks like the prototype's , the movie is from the 80's i guess .. i remember the title was something like ''alert'' the black ops are in most of the scenes.. in the end of the movie there's also a military general talking to the crazy robot and the robot replys'' america.. i wanna **** it..''

I don't think Hardware is the one, no Black Ops there.
But Death Machine could be it.

Also, that Hardware looks too damn interesting - I've got to watch it.
Had heard good things about it before.
