Posting Times

I have recently noticed that on the corner of posts there is the posting time for each MoFo (Today, 7:45 for example). Now, recently the time was 7:38 when I saw this and posts were at 7:45 pm tonight or at 7:43 pm tonight....various times. Mine even changed to where it went off minutes of the exact posting time.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this is, or what may be causing this???

Sounds to me like the normal variance of a few minutes that various clocks inevitably have.

A person can't be one or two minutes behind/ahead of others....why cant the times of posts just posted be the same like, all those posted at 8:00 for example just say 8:00 - - instead of 8:00, 8:02 there and 8:5 there and so forth???

Just curious.

I don't quite understand how you could determine whether or not someone else's clock is a few minutes behind yours, or the server's. All you can see is a) your own time and b) the time that shows up on the site when you post something.

It sounds to me like you see something that you think is "just posted" when it's really posted a minute or two apart from whatever other post you're comparing it to.

Don't buy it, jrs.
He's trying to drive you insane.
This is just a tiny part of what Yoda has in store for you and all Mofos.
By Christmas, he'll have driven us all over the edge.
Mark my words!
MARK MY WORDS!!!
