Please Help Me With This
 

ok ive been searching for this movie for the last few years and have no idea what the title is.
ive talked to other people who have seen it but like me dont know the title.

it was a british movie i believe and im pretty sure it is from the 1970s and had alot of sexual humor in it
plot:
an indian man moves to england and pretends to be a doctor.

i dont remember much else asside from it being hilarious,i remember 1 scene where the indian man had to give the prime minister a medical back massage or something similar.

please any help would be greatly appreciated.
