movie about ex circus freaks haunting a house
 

Im going by someone elses description of this film.

The plot is something like a couple move into a house, strange goings on, turns out it is a group of former circus freaks who live in the house trying to scare them away. They all live happily ever after.

if i remember the description right one of the freaks was a human head still alive. Souns like possible b-movie/vintage horror. think it was a pretty old film.
