"Phantasm"/"A View to a Kill" location?
 
I'm watching "A View to a Kill" on TV at the moment, and I swear the exterior of the mansion is also the exterior of the mortuary in "Phantasm". Anybody know for sure?

They were both filmed at Dunsmuir House & Gardens - 2960 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, California, USA.
