”The French Dispatch” is a love letter to journalists set at an outpost of an American newspaper in 20th-century Paris and centers on three storylines.
The usual suspects have been rounded up. Murray, Swinton and McDormand are, however, joined by two new faces to the Anderson repertoire, namely Benicio “sleepy eyes” Del Toro and Timothée “sleepy eyes” Chalamet. Brad Pitt, Natalie Portman and Lea Seydoux have also been rumored to take parts in the ensamble but nothing’s been confirmed. The film is expected to drop late next year. |
Re: The French Dispatch (Wes Anderson)
Saoirse Ronan, Henry Winkler, Jeffrey Wright, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, Bob Balaban, Lois Smith, the aforementioned Seydoux and Mathieu Amalric have reportedly joined the cast of The Grand Budapest Hotel 2: Parisian Boogaloo.
