I had my little cries yesterday. So much good stuff on Twitter & later in The NY Times. Only monarch I’ve known.
Feel sorry for Charles. Fairly sure the last thing he wants is to be king. Very impressed that Her Majesty hung in & welcomed Liz Truss as PM (Churchill was her first PM which, in itself, is amazing). No way was she going to leave something unfinished. Wonderful woman. R.I.P. God Save the King. |
