Unanswered: Comedy family movie with alzheimer disease

Guys help me to find a movie I am looking all over internet for 5 days.I remember this about movie: The main character have mom and dad,dad is having some kind of losing memory disease (alzheimer's probably) Main character also have wife and kids,they are all living together for while then dad with alzheimer is moving out from house because his condition had worsened and he continue to live with his daughter which has 2 fat kids

In the end of the movie the grandparents try to kill themselves by getting into a car wanting to die because they think they are bothering their children
