Does anyone ever per order DVDs? Mean why to just wait until its available?

No, but I'm sure many people pre-order them. Especially those who want a copy on day one and can't go out to pick it up. So they go online.

Lots of people do including me. Not DVDs but I pre order blu ray steelbooks and slipcover editions because a lot of them can go out of print before, on day of release or a few days after. I've missed out on a few steelbooks and different editions because I didn't pre order in time and they went out of print before the release date.


As for this one, I will not pre-ordering the edition in this topic because I don't want the helmet thing that comes with it... and at $80...

I can't wait to not buy this after renting the film first then finding out it's merely a decent film and not worth fanboy gushing.

I agree. I just posted this though cause it looks cool. The movie though I thought was awesome.
