Tragedy In Oxford, Another School Shooting

I’ve lived in Oxford since 1993 and this is a very tight community. A remote suburb that everyone knows everyone. I’m devastated as is the community. I watched school shootings damn near weekly and think those poor people. Well, now I’m one of those “poor people”. I already know the teacher that was shot as well as the family of one of the students.

Not a religious man, but begging for prayers…

That's less than an hour away from where I live. Yikes.

My niece goes to school 10 miles away from Oxford. I was in a panic for a few seconds. Very sad to hear about this but I don't think there is much we can do about it. Those who have the ears of many never give a good diagnosis of this country. I try to avoid the news, but it follows me everywhere I go.

A fourth has passed, Justin Shilling age 17. The Shillings are my neighbors, this was their grandson.

Aw man...

:(

At least they moved the 15 yr old POS from juvenile facility to the county jail. With the charges levied and being tried as an adult makes it sure he will never see the light of day.

I just hope he's cracked open like a shotgun every day he lives in the slammer.
