Comedy takes Place in movie theater

I remember seeing this movie years ago. The end was on at my work tonight and I didn't check the name quick enough.

It's a teen(and a couple older characters) that work in a movie theater. It reminds me of clerks. The plot is a couple romantic arcs and the two older characters struggling with being stuck at the movie theater forever. The only actor that has name value that I can remember is Bill Hader, who plays the boss at the end of the movie. It's not in any of his bios/IMDb though so it must be uncredited.

Anyone know what movie this is? Thanks!

It's not Adventureland? I know that's not a movie theater but it really has the same vibe as all that.

I suppose you would have mentioned if it was British? If not, this one is set in a movie theater...
