Looking for '80s or '90s Teen Comedy with a Laundromat Scene
 
The only scene I remember has a couple of not-so-cool guys at a laundromat at night trying to hit on women. One of the women grabs a piece of her laundry, holds it like a rope and says she'd like to tie one of the guys up. The guy who hit on her responds in fright, telling her he sleeps with his little brother? (cousin? I'm not sure) and that he wets the bed. Any ideas?
