Horror flick name
 

I am trying to figure out a name of a movie. It is scary and i can only remember bits of it. I believe it has a cop helping a lady (where he ends up falling for her). I believe they go to a house to see someone who doesn't talk to them and when leaving the girl sees the person staring at them through window. Another part of movie she is laying in bed listening to music and something is at her front door and the guy ends up being killed. I know that isn't much but its been driving me crazy so i thought i would give it a shot to see if any of you may have an idea 😁
