Fat Chinese guy gets girl movies
 
Hey I'm looking for any Chinese movies or series where the chubby guy gets the girl. I know it's kind of not specific enough but just general category. Any genre is acceptable.

The Romancing Star has the main star, Chow Yun-fat, marrying the woman, so the Yun-fat Chinese guy gets the girl.

The Romancing star is good, including the trilogy. There’s also a Chinese internet horror movie called blood alligator (垃圾巨鱷) 2019 or 2020. The fat side character gets the action girl.

I think Winners and Sinners had a semi-romantic relationship between Sammo Hung and Cherie Chung. I suspect there are more examples in Sammo's filmography.
