90s martial arts or Asian gangster flick?
 

This is an American made movie I think. It was English so not made in another country. A 90s movie I believe it was two Asian gangs fueding with automatic guns but might have had some martial arts in it. The one scene I remember clearly was on of the Asian guys has a white girlfriend that shows up to a funeral in black and they're all in white and he tells her this that we wear white to our funerals. That's all I remember, thanks for all the help.
