Bram Stoker's Dracula had a 'star-studded' cast. Interview with the Vampire had one too, if that even qualifies as a horror film.

i would ignore "teen" slashers as a star studded cast. I think it is far more interesting to see a horror film with stars like Julia Roberts or
George Clooney.

I was just thinking the same thing when I noticed someone posted I Know what you did Last Summer...as a matter of fact, when I saw the title of this thread, my first thought was that there's no such thing.
