movie possibly 60 s 70 s set in america.Title help
 
hey can someone please name this movie,its about a family,the mother dies and leaves the kids to a father who cant cope with work and minding them at the same time,the kids are taken off the father sent to a foster home full of kids where they are abused,the father eventually wins them back only to find they have changed due to the abuse.The name or any help would be much appreciated guys:)

Is the movie set in the '60s or made in the '60s?

its set in the 60s,to my knowledge of the era,;)however might be 70s sorry
