so what are people doing to their pumpkins this year?

I'm thinking of carving the face of Hitler into mine. Too soon?

i was gonna do the hitler thing and make myself a Family Guy style 'scare-jew' but insteaf i carved a bride of frankenstein, pictures later

We've done many different things through the years. When I get the time, I'll find my disc and post them.

I have done two fancy jack o'lanterns both of my own design. One was a devil's face that was made of diamond shape which sounds fancier than it was and the other was a full moon and the profile of a cat with its back arched and tail in the air in the foreground. Pretty standard Halloween stuff.

The only thing that keeps me from pumpkin carving more often is the guts and the thickness of the pumpkin. Cleaning it out is just to yucky and thinning it out enough for the light to shine through when you want to have three tones is a pain in the neck.
