I was just in LA in September and caught an indie comedy called "Gavin's Way" The film won the "Break Thru Film Award" and I heard it might be at Sundance or Slamdance. It was the funniest indie I've seen since "The Brother's McMullen" / "Clerks". I met the Star, writer, Director- D.R. Farquharson and this guy was young. Any info? http://www.gavinsway.com has some and the trailer, but no updates on Sundance or Slamdance?????

I couldn't find anything about this movie. It may be too much of an indie, in other words, no one picked it up.

I got an e-mail yesterday. It's only been shown at one festival- in LA. It will be on the 2001 festival circut.
