Action movie from the past !!! =(
 

I am looking for an action movie from 2009 to 2014. It was on Star Movies. I could not remember the title.
The plot was about a female veteran from the Iraq or Afghanistan War or something, and her husband/boyfriend had diamonds. One day she found her husband/boyfriend killed in her apartment hall, then she was suppressed by a stranger (this guy had hair) and taken to another house. On the way, the police helped her. However, this guy turned out to be greedy and captured, bringing her back to the house. So the vet was tortured, waterboarded, and electric-shock,... Finally, the hair-one found out diamonds were hidden inside the ice mould, but the corrupted cop shot him to death. Meanwhile, the woman escaped, taking a gun and shooting the cop.
