What european zombie movie is this?
 

Hello, I'm looking for a horror movie about a group of young people driving to a campsite party in the woods. Then the next morning they get attacked by zombies or mutant humans and some of the partygoers get turned as well. The survivors get kidnapped by a cult of neo-nazis who took care of an ailing Hitler and the cult are looking for some girl that has the same blood type as him so he can live longer. i think the movie is european in some way, maybe dutch, german, or norwegian. It was at one point on Tubi. The movie was released in the 2000s-10s.

I guess there have been enough Nazi zombie movies that someone created a list. I know you didn't specifically say all of the zombies were Nazis, but let's eliminate these first.
