a doctor, a husband cheating wife and a black wife?
 
I can't remember because I watched it accidentally when I was a kid.

He is white and a doctor with a black fat wife. She loves him and they love each other, but he cheated on her the other day when he was sucking a lady that he was support to treat medically and in addition he is a womanizer. She got angry and left.

So who knows the name of the movie.
