I have seen this movie and was reviewing it again
The Guy who offered her $1M for one night.... and she ends up being with him for that night

"Does the movie actually show them being together or spending the night together or making out"

It's a long time, and it's difficult recalling it again, but the film didn't show them making out, in that sense.

And its a crappy movie! hated watching it..
