Just Go with It and Cactus Flower
 

Anyone else notice how similar the plots are between Adam Sandler' new vehicle Just Go with It and the classic comedy Cactus Flower?

From the trailer, I get the exact same premise. I'm not exactly surprised, but I think Cactus Flower should be getting some credit somewhere. After all, it almost has to be better.

Anyway, did anyone else pick up on this? Thoughts?

I am so glad I'm not the only one who realized this. I was in the theater with my sister when I first saw the trailer for Just Go With It and I started tapping her obnoxiously on the shoulder screaming "That's Cactus Flower!" and she had no idea what I was talking about.

I love Cactus Flower and it angers me that they're making such a cheap "remake" of it.

I saw Cactus Flower last night and immediately thought Just Go With It was a similar story even though I have only seen previews to Adam Sandler's film!
