I need help to figure out the name of the film.
The quote is "they send their cops down here, sticking their noses in the air".

It might be from the mini series "Drug wars", but I can't get it confirmed.

Could be a Pennywise kinda thing. Careful what you say. Maybe no cops sticking noses where they all float.
