80s movie with a red car simulator, skater blonde guy, name?
 

Hello, i know this one will be hard because I poorly remember the movie.

I remember that the movie was from the late 80s, the main character for the movie was a blonde skater guy and he had to enter like a technology complex where a car simulator was, this simulator was like a car game that was somehow connected with a real life car so if you crash in the game you would crash the real life car. there was a dummy at first I think it was a clown before the guy played the game.

also the bad guy had like body guards or something that follow this guy to a zoo at some point.

It kind of sounds like Double O Kid 1992. But I don't remember him on a skateboard and the sports car was grey. The full movie is on youtube.
