Lost In Translation: What did he whisper?
 

Just watched the brilliant Lost In Translation for the second time, and I'm beyond curious as to what Bill Murray's character could have whispered at the end of the movie. I realize it's probably on purpose that we're not supposed to know, but does anybody have a clue?

The viewer has to make their own mind up on it :)


Bill Murray was asked once... and he replied something like "Nobody will ever actually know"

Aye, came over an article just now that claims the content of the whisper wasn't even included in the script - Bill Murray apparently was told to "whisper whatever would feel natural". Hah, thanks anyway.
