1960 Zombie Movie
 

Looking for the title of a movie that was rumored to have been based on true events that took place either during the 1940's or 1950's.


I always thought the movie was made on 1960, movie is in color, Army or military lab created a green mist that reanimates dead tissue.


I remember a dog display that came back to life, whimpering & the soldiers were in shock & terror what they are witnessing.


In the end a higher ranking soldier was woken up to use missiles on the town to prevent an outbreak.

The movie "The Return Of The Living Dead" is not the movie, that is the remake of the original.

It sounds like Return of the Living Dead but that's from the 80's.

Whoa, thank you! This is the remake of the one I am trying to find, the 2 soldiers in green army gear find the half dog on top shelf, using their flashlights tracking down the dog.
