Have You Ever Purchased Archives?

If so, do you know any good sites? I have many, but I'm searching for rare interviews, TV shows, etc... Some sites have crazy prices (five figures) but after months/years of searching, I found one that would charge me $270 for one radio show (under two hours). I don't spend money on anything else, but I figure I'd ask around and try to possibly find something cheaper.

If you do have interest, I'd be happy to post all the sites I know. Archives.org has a lot of great free stuff.

What I would do to have more databases, search engines for interviews (or other specific things). Google has this "Video" filter, and it would be nice if they had an audio one, although even the video has a lot of sketchy stuff; basically never-ending links.

Open Culture is an excellent free resource.

Letters of Note may be a little more narrow, but if you happen to have an interest in one its dozens of subjects - usually writers, artists, public figures - then it has some really eye-opening correspondence, sometimes scanned copies in their own hand.
