Neil Peart, drummer extraordinaire and chief song writer for the band Rush died on January 7 of gioblastoma (brain cancer) at aged 67.

Neil was one of the greatest drummers of the last few decades of the 20th Century. He had retired several years ago, keeping his diagnosis a secret.
