Acting Competition

I've been invited to do an acting competition in Salt Lake city by a student at my college that was nominated after seeing me perform my version of a monologue from the Devils Advocate!

He has to do a mono, a dramatic scene, and a funny scene that has originated from a play.

The dramatic scene has been taken from a play called Closer that has been made into a film. Here's the scene we are doing:

Any advice, I'm scared and excited out of my wits? I've never been in a play, just did some student film stuff.

Your part is easier than his.

Good luck with it, honey! Make sure you tell us how it all went and if you enjoyed it. :)

I've not watched the clip yet, as I'm off out in a minute, but I'll give it a look when I get the chance.

I believe you.
It would be very easy to "over" act on his part and it would be very easy to be cliche on mine.
