Best Psychological Dramas

My favorite genre of movie is Psychological Drama and I've seen a lot of the good ones, I'm wondering what other underrated PsyDramas are out there that I should know about?

Afflicted (1997) is very good and I think falls into this category.

You ask what "other" ones there are, but didn't list any of the ones you like for comparison. Which ones did you have in mind, if only so people can avoid the redundancy?

Two quick notes: the title is Affliction, and we did a podcast about it a couple of years ago.

Of the movies listed here I've seen all of them except Afflictions and Nocturnal Animals, I've seen a lot a list would be impossible to make

That may be, but if the list of ones you've seen is impossible, obviously a list of recommendations without a lot of duplicates will be impossible, too.

I'd definitely recommend Seconds (1966) by Frankenheimer.

For more Ripley movies try these (in order of preference):
Purple Noon
An American Friend
Ripley's Game

For more adaptations of Patricia Highsmith:
The Cry of the Owl (Le cri du hibou) (1987)
The Two Faces of January (2014)
Strangers on a Train

And naturally most of Hitchcock's films would qualify. Gaslight (1944) is a must-see.
