Lionsgate Acquires the Weinstein Company Library from Spyglass
 
In a partnership between Lionsgate and Spyglass Media, Lionsgate have acquired most of the Weinstein Company library from Spyglass Media, who bought the library in 2018. Spyglass in return have scored a first-look TV deal with Lionsgate.
