1980s sci-fi
 

Hi all, trying to remember the name of low budget movie. My memory of it is somewhat vague but bits that I do recall is a man is transported to a different dimension, swords and sorcery type I think. He befriends a small group of good people, one of them had a small gum ball type sphere that could start fires when placed on the wood.

Sorry but that's all I remember. If anyone out there recognises any of this I would appreciate it.

A bit more info, I remember in this world there are these large pea pods, the peas inside will explode if thrown.

Maybe Flash Gordon (1980) or one of the Beastmaster films. Been awhile since ive seen either of them. My first 2 guesses were MOTU & Krull. And I have to admit...exploding "peas" sounds disturbingly familiar lol
