actors/actresses in shape
 
Actors and Actresses go to some serious lengh's for the movie roles. But what do you think is the best transformation to hit the screen. From gaining to losing weight ive posted 10 of what i think are the best.

Well, it goes without saying that you probably should check it out, but to clarify: De Niro first got himself into fighting shape to portray a middleweight boxer in his prime - even managing to win two out of three proper matches. After that, he gained about sixty pounds to play the same boxer after he retired.
