Terminator: Genisys is coming to Blu-ray and DVD sometime in November of 2015. Exact details is unknown at this time, but it is expected to be packed with special features. Artwork is below, including the steelbook which is exclusive to places such as Target and Best Buy.

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Warner Brothers Home Entertainment, and New Line Cinema have announced the 3-disc Blu-ray and 5-disc DVD Combo Pack (both with digital copy) of Peter Jackson's final extended Hobbit film, The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies. The new cut, which you may have heard got an R-rating from the MPAA, will be approximately 20 minutes longer than the theatrical version. It will be released November 17, 2015.

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced the Limited Edition Blu-ray Combo Pack (Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD) and DVD releases of Jake Schreier's Paper Towns, adapted from the bestselling novel by The Fault in Our Stars author John Green. R rating is just a gimmick to make people buy a new version of something they already have. The idea of making those Hobbit movies even longer is absurd.

Funny thing is, a lot of what was cut from the theatrical version and now reinserted into the extended version happens to be scenes that actually happened in the book, while they left many scenes in the theatrical which wasn't even in the book.
So basically they are extending the film with footage that should have been there from the start lol But of course, the third film I don't think will have a lot of scenes from the book, since the entirety of the film are made from 2-3 pages of story in the original novel. :laugh: |
