Star Wars Episode IX (Episode 9)
 

I figured since the Episode VIII thread has been already made, why not get this one started...since news has been released anyways.


Heroic Hollywood has broke the news that Colin Trevorrow is been locked down as the director of Star Wars: Episode IX. This comes after the success of Jurassic World.

J.J. Abrams is the director of Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens while Rian Johnson has been tapped for Star Wars: Episode VIII.

Star Wars Episode IX is tentatively scheduled for release sometime in 2019.

Already started one for Ep 9.

With Comic-Con and Episode 7 in Hall H this evening, we could get some more info on updates of both Episode 8 and 9. Giving us extra news since no extra footage will be shown of The Force Awakens.

The news of Colin Trevorrow directing Episode IX is sparking fire all over Twitter and the internet. Whether or not he and Rian Johnson can make the Star Wars interesting on screen is yet to be seen.

Well it seems Colin Trevorrwow will NOT be brought out on stage at Hall H for Star Wars panel.. Takes care of that.
