It's a video tape? Do you have a capture card on your PC? That way you can just digitize it, run the file through VLC and take screenshots.

no isn't a video tape. it's a flv video converted by me on avi format for capture image. I haven't capture card, sorry. Anyway it's hard to find title for this clip? unfortunately it's only this clip. please, it's important
