Movie where confederate soldier comes home
 
As a kid in the 60s, I saw a movie where a Confederate soldier comes home after the war and a band of criminals has taken his home that is surrounded by large trees, making it hard to assault, as I remember union soldiers come to help and blow them out with cannon. Anyone know this movie? It may have been a Disney movie on the wonderful world of Disney. Any help appreciated.

Thanks guys. It was Menace on the Mountain. I did a check of the movie on ebay and its quite expensive for an old movie. Must be rare. I can not even find a trailer for it but its the one.
