People who point at their wrist while asking for the time....I know where my watch is pal, where the f**k is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is? People who are willing to get off their ar*e to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Too F**king right I do! What good is a cake if you can't eat it? When people say "it's always the last place you look". I think the thing that annoys me the most is my inability to make close friends and keep them, and from having any serious romance in my life in the past five years
I am also annoyed by my tendacy to irrationally go into super depression mode at least once every other month and have a 3 day spree of sitting around thinking I've never done anything right. Drivers who seem to think on a busy highway with many stoplights that weaving in and out of lanes trying to get a car length ahead is going to make a big difference on arrival time. Even moreso when above mentioned idiot does above mentioned annoyance without even signaling. My old trek to work was a 7 mile straightaway down a very busy local highway. I would see these jerks all the time and it never ceased to amaze me that I, in my slow right lane meanduring along, got to the same spot usually at the same time, sometimes I was even ahead of them without ever changing lanes once.
Oh yeah and if I see this eratic driving in conjuntion with a smoker tossing a butt out the window then it is on.:mad: :furious: ;) |

It annoys me to have to repeat myself.
People that walk into an ongoing conversation, hear a couple of words about something, then make wild assumptions about who or what we were talking about. Ex: talking about a friend who had an embarrassing incident, saying they were going to die (from the embarrassment), then the intruder, hearing only that part, comes into the conversation with, " Don's dying? How come I didn't hear about it? What's he got?" Annoying! :mad: People that wait to get to the cash register before they start filling out the check they're going to pay with. AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG Atleast at my place the new rolls are within reach but most other places you look over at your toilet paper supply to find out its nonexistant too late. It should be a punishable by death by stoning

Or spending 30 minutes trying to fix it to no avail. OR how about waiting on the phone for 39 minutes to inquire with a customer service specialist (the remote is paired with a particular company's digital service) and listening to "please wait while your call is answered in the order it is received" 38 times only to have a CSR disappear into telephonic oblivion after, "Hi my name is..." and a click. OR...having to call and wait another 25 minutes to hear a CSR tell me that my remote was dead. This post could also belong in the thread "How I Spent My Friday Night" |

What most recently annoyed me is when people try to budge/cut into to turn lanes. My example of this goes as follows. I have been sitting in a line waiting to make a left had turn through one turn signal already. As I get up there to make a left hand turn there is a person who tries to cut in right in front of me from the right hand turn lane. I think to myself, "Hell no" and I step on it, which generally should mean that they drop in behind me, but instead they insist on staying right next to me as we make the left hand turn (fortunately for them it was two lanes otherwise they would have ended up in a ditch). I'm pissed off at this point, especially since I was the last car (along with them) to make it through the green light, so it isn't like I could have waited and still made it through. So I end up cutting them off twice while I am working my way back to my place. So that is one of the new things that pisses me off about drivers. At this intersection I have also seen several people make a right turn out of the left hand turn lane. Considering that there are only two lanes, a left hand turn lane and a right hand turn lane, I don't know how they manage to screw it up. |

The culture of the celebrity. I don't care about Jordan or Peter Andre or Peaches Geldoff or Amy Winehouse or any of the other desperate, vacuous, talentless idiots that our nation seems to obsess over. Sauce packets in resturaunts what is the deal with them? They seem to have about as much sauce in them as a pin head. On the subject of Sauce what is it with sauce bottles in cafes etc the sauce looks like ketchup but it has had so much vinegar added it just tastes horrible! People in supermarkets who give me horrible looks when I have my son stood in between my legs when im on the mobility scooters in the shop. Also in the shops when im in a wheelchair and have my daughter or son on my lap, I get looks as if im some kind of perv, this really pi$$es me off. I hate people who speed passed schools full stop, but when I take my son to school or pick him up there is always some idiot who speeds passed the school grounds, I mean come on there are young kids coming and going from school. Feel free to add your own gripes :) |

I hate lending a DVD to a friend and it comes back either scratched to hell and back or there are mighty finger prints all over it :nope:

Two of the ladies I've been married to have physical handicaps that legitimately qualify them for their tags to park in handicap zones--what my current wife and I call the "crippled and crazy" parking after a passing nosy Rosie once demanded, "Are you qualified to park there?" "Damn right," I said with a glare, "she's crippled with arthritis and I get psychotic flashbacks to the war when I talk to a**holes like you!" Although it doesn't happen often, for some reason having some buttinski jump me over handicap parking just really chaps me. And it doesn't much matter who or why. There was one night when I was still married to my ex-wife when we took the family and some friends from out of town to this particular restaurant. There was a vacant handicapped parking space by the door that I pulled into, just as another vehicle passed behind us and parked in a regular parking space a few feet away. My ex had polio when she was just a baby and so has worn leg braces all her life and walks with a pronounced limp, so naturally she doesn't move fast or far. So we're milling around getting everyone out of the car when a one-legged guy on crutches gets out of the passenger side of the other car and yells, "How many handicapped people do you have in that car?" And I yell back, "How many does it take, big mouth?" That sorta startled everybody, but what the hell. My wife quaified for that parking space, we had the legal sign for the car, I got there first, and I wasn't about to beg that joker's pardon or explain things to him when he could get around enough to pick fights and she had trouble walking. I've since come up with a less in-your-face response, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. But the next time someone asks if I'm legally parked in a handicapped zone, I plan to ask him, "Are you a cop or are you just being nosy?" :) Figure that should end the conversation right there. |

The culture of the celebrity. I don't care about Jordan or Peter Andre or Peaches Geldoff or Amy Winehouse or any of the other desperate, vacuous, talentless idiots that our nation seems to obsess over. Sauce packets in resturaunts what is the deal with them? They seem to have about as much sauce in them as a pin head. On the subject of Sauce what is it with sauce bottles in cafes etc the sauce looks like ketchup but it has had so much vinegar added it just tastes horrible! I hate people who speed passed schools full stop, but when I take my son to school or pick him up there is always some idiot who speeds passed the school grounds, I mean come on there are young kids coming and going from school. Feel free to add your own gripes :)

People who think they know everything about everything and then can't admit when they are wrong.
People who have some sort of an authority over you and are complete schmucks about it. You know like they don't answer you as soon as you as a question, instead they make you wait 30 seconds just to prove they don't have to answer to you as if you were a lesser being. People who choose to be ignorant about things that really matter. |
