Looking for 90s/00s movie about bullies
 
Hello,
I’m looking for a late 90s , possibly early 2000s movie. The movie is about two young boys , one is tough / gritty and the younger one is the opposite. The younger one gets bullied. The older one try’s to protect the younger one and gets beat to death by the bullies.
