Horror Film for friend
 

My friend is trying to remember the name of a film.

Quite modern, he might have saw it in the cinema.
A girl is possessed, a demonic child.
Her parents get caught trying to kill her and they don't know why so they take the child away thinking she's endangered and then the carers try o get rid of her as they realise she is dangerous.
The carer tries to run away and lock the child in the house and burn it down but she is outside and ready for it, threatens her and blackmails her.
