A horror movie with a wake-up jumpscare scene and levitation (Spoiler)

Hi, I've been looking for the title of a horror movie for a long time.
I watched it about 10 years ago and it seemed to be somewhat old for that time.
The movie was about a few people in an old dark house. The house also seemed to be haunted.
The movie atmosphere and some parts reminded me of The Evil Dead (1981) movie, such as possession, levitation and the look of monsters. I only remember these two scenes from the movie:

In one scene,
WARNING: "Another horror movie" spoilers below
a man goes to bed, unaware that there is an evil ghost next to him. Afterward, he wakes up and rolls over to unexpectedly face the ghost. After that, the ghost grins at him and shatters like glass into many tiny pieces.
(This scene was very similar to the one scene in "The Gravedancers (2006)" and also similar to the one in "Stephen King's Rose Red (2002)")

In another scene, a possessed woman begins to levitate and fly around a ceiling fan in a room, after that suddenly grabs and lifts a girl into the ceiling then gets shot (by the main man character with shotgun) and flies out window.

Please help to find the title. Thanks
