Can anyone tell me who these actors are or what this movie is called? It looks like it might be from the 1960s. The man says something like, "You're gonna be decent to your mother, Jenny. You're not leaving here."

My flatmate said that looks like a young Warren Beatty. Probably a good place to start at least in your search?
