House of 1,000 Copses isn't great but sets up The Devil's Rejects which is one of my favorites. The Descent is good.It's hard to suggest films if we don't know what you've seen already.

This guy has a list of his top 200 horror films on here.
Just a heads up on recommending popular stuff.

I think The Children (2008) was very good.
