This coming from someone brave enough to check out the British series Hit & Miss with Chloe Sevigny (because I've liked her since Kids).
How progressive of you.

I think Bond is done. Can't see them improving on Casino Royale or Skyfall, and for me personally those were only 6 or 7/10.

The last great Bond film was Goldeneye and the last good one's before that were Moore/Connery films.
You might have something here. Bond is a fundamentally old-school property and attempts to deconstruct this incredibly flawed character have been happening since the Dalton years, but if Brosnan and Craig are any indication then even the sleek, somewhat cerebral updating of Bond for a new era eventually gives way to the same sort of campy shenanigans that serve as the series' low points.

I think there are ways to do it, but they have to change the character in order to really get the audience engaged and also reignite the franchise in peoples eyes. I think they should go really young and be someone who grows into the role and maybe we see his first op as 007.
They already did that, it's called Kingsman: The Secret Service.

I'm still a bit hesitant towards London Spy. If anyone can make drastic changes in Bond, it's definitely the Brits.

I'd like to see a period James Bond film, set in the era Fleming wrote them.
It could be a one time film with a new Bond, doesn't have to clash with the current Bond reboot series. Which I think is not impossible.
