airport kidnapping??
 

vague memory on this one..

a mom and her two kids are in an airport i think it might have been a hotel lobby; however, she tells the oldest son to watch his brother while she is at the counter.. they are by a luggage rack, and the younger boy gets lifted. years later, the mother and her now one son, and his father either move into a house, or they get new neighbors.. either way, the child next door being raised by their neighbors is their son and they have to find a way to prove the kidnapping... any thoughts??? this may have been a made-for-tv movie.. might have been a hallmark... vhs player ate the copy from tv... so, the movie was never labeled on the tape; therefore... Help please???
