Name of an older VHS movie where a Boy becomes friends with an Otter?
 
What I remember of it as a kid was this Boy becomes friends with an Otter on some older beachfront/lakefront house. I loved this movie as a kid. I watched it on some 80s/90s VHS tape years ago.
