Are the books that we see in movies real??

A question and discussion i always wanted to ask, since we ve seen so many movies we always see books being read or opened by the actors, they read lines from them, are these real books? For example the caerodroia book in The night house movie.

I dont think so. Maybe sometime if they really want to showcase that book then it maybe real. If not then it maybe not real one.
